Title search and curative work begin immediately. Our attorney reviews the contract, lender package, and survey before scheduling.

Closing
Sign in person at our office, at your home or business, on-site at the property, or via remote online notarization where eligible.

Recording & Policy
Documents recorded with the county, title policy issued, and closing package delivered to all parties. Your file stays accessible to our team for any post-closing question.
Yes — we close throughout Florida. We regularly handle closings in Broward, Palm Beach, the Treasure Coast, the Keys, Tampa, Orlando, Jacksonville, and beyond. We can come to the property, your home, your office, or any location convenient for you.
Yes. Real estate doesn't stop at 5pm. We schedule closings outside business hours when buyers and sellers need it, including evenings and weekends.
Yes, for qualifying transactions we offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) and hybrid e-closings under Florida law. Not every lender accepts RON, so we confirm eligibility on a deal-by-deal basis.
Closing fees vary by transaction type, purchase price, and complexity. Title insurance is regulated and based on the Florida promulgated rate schedule. Estate planning, land trust formation, and commercial work are quoted flat-fee where possible. Send us your scenario and we'll provide a clear written estimate.
Yes — extensively. We handle title vesting strategy, FIRPTA compliance, U.S. entity structuring (LLCs and trusts), and remote closings via power of attorney for international clients purchasing Florida property.
